Classes:
- Sportsman (4 preliminary rounds for all pilots and then up to two (2) fly off rounds for the top five (5) pilots)
- Advanced (4 preliminary rounds for all pilots and then up to two (2) fly off rounds for the top five (5) pilots)
- Expert (A20)(4 preliminary rounds for all pilots and then up to two (2) fly off rounds for the top five (5) pilots)
- F3A P21 (4 preliminary rounds for all pilots and then up to two (2) fly off rounds for the top five (5) pilots)
- Masters F3A (All pilots will fly 4 rounds of P21. The top 10 pilots will then fly two (2) rounds of F21 to conclude the World Cup)
- APA Invitational (The top five (5) pilots from the World Cup and the next highest finishing Aussie “Wild Card” will fly two (2) unknown rounds for cash prizes)
- Model processing for F3A to be conducted on Friday afternoon from 3pm to 6pm.
- All models will have their failsafe functionality tested.
- On Sunday evening a three (3) course meal will be served at Lyndoch Hill Restaurant (Included in entry fee).
- APA Annual General Meeting will be conducted on Sunday evening.
- APA Invitational unknown schedule to be handed out after AGM.

Entry fees are refundable up until 14 days prior to the event commencement.
Conditions:
The event will run in accordance with the APA Competition Rules. The event will also utilise two flight lines.
All pilots are required to hold a current FAI licence. International pilots will be required to send a photo of their FAI licence in order to obtain temporary MAAA insurance coverage.
All F3A class models will be checked for compliance with the FAI F3A rules/Sporting Code. Specifically, model weight, dimensions, flight pack voltage (EP) and noise will be checked during processing and randomly during the event. The failsafe functionality will also be checked.
Advanced, Expert, F3A/Masters pilots must have completed and passed the APA judging exam within the previous 12 months to be eligible to register for this contest. Sportsman pilots don't need to complete the exam but are more than welcome to do so.
Model processing for F3A competitors will be conducted from 3pm on the Friday. There will be a pilots briefing at the field from 6pm onwards.
The competition will commence at 9am sharp on Saturday the 28th of March 2020.
No flying at the competition site on Saturday, Sunday or Monday without the contest director’s approval.
